The project development can be divided into three main phases:

CONCEPT

The theme, objective, and desired experience for the event are defined.
Logistics aspects, such as location and budget, are also considered.

PRELIMINARY

This is where the planning of space layout, decor, lighting, animations and furnishings begins.

EXECUTIVE

In this phase, the preliminary plans are translated into action. Setups are coordinated, event details are managed, and everything is ensured to run smoothly during the actual event.
